City of Ryde’s heritage tells the story of who we are. It reflects the built and natural places we value, the cultures and traditions we share, and the connections between our past, present and future. Ryde’s heritage has grown alongside our community and will continue to evolve into the future.

We want to understand what heritage means to you and how it should be cared for and celebrated. Whether you feel a strong connection to Ryde's heritage, have cultural traditions to share, or simply want to learn more, we want to hear from you.

Your feedback will help shape a new City of Ryde Strategic Heritage Framework that will build on existing strategies to embed Ryde’s rich layers of cultural heritage. This framework will ensure heritage meets the needs of our community through education, engagement, and participation in our shared history.
