All documents support the Community Strategic Plan – Ryde to 2035, which describes our community's long-term vision and priorities for the City of Ryde.
This details the services, projects and responsibilities Council will deliver over the remainder of its term to address the community priorities set out in the Community Strategic Plan. It includes performance measures for tracking and reporting progress, updated for the second year of the current Council term.
This sets out Council's priorities, actions and budget for the 2026–27 financial year. It represents the second year of the Delivery Program and identifies what Council will deliver in the year ahead to progress the community priorities established in the Community Strategic Plan.
Council annually reviews and updates its Schedule of Fees and Charges in conjunction with the draft Operational Plan, providing our community the opportunity to review and have a say before adoption. This document details the fees and charges applicable for the 2026–27 financial year across Council's services, facilities and regulatory functions.
The Long-Term Financial Plan provides a 10-year projection of Council's financial performance, position and sustainability. It demonstrates how Council's resources and financial strategies will support the delivery of community priorities established in the Community Strategic Plan, ensuring commitments remain affordable and financially responsible over the long term.
This outlines how Council will ensure it has the right staff, skills and resources to implement the Delivery Program and Operational Plan. Minor changes have been made to reflect Council’s organisational structure.
