Transport is about more than just getting from A to B – it is how we connect with each other, access education, employment and recreation, and participate fully in community life. Well-planned and efficient transport helps make our community more liveable, sustainable and economically vibrant.

The Draft City of Ryde Integrated Transport Strategy (ITS) 2045 has been developed to define our vision for transport in the City of Ryde over the next 20 years. It will serve as a platform for strategy and advocacy for initiatives, grants and investment and guide the refresh of other Council transport strategies, plans and policies.

We sought community feedback on the draft ITS 2045 document. Whether you live, work, study or play in the City of Ryde, your input will help us shape the final version of the document and ultimately lay the foundations of a great transport future for our community.
