Council officers are currently reassessing the project’s direction in response to recent State Government Policy changes, including the Housing Delivery Authority pathway, the State Significant Development pathway, and the Low Mid-Rise Housing reforms.

These reforms have substantially influenced the planning expectations for this precinct. Council is currently evaluating their implications before proceeding with the preparation of the Masterplan.
